Author Ellis Anderson - a Katrina survivor herself - also reads from the book, (published by University Press of Mississippi in June 2010). "Under Surge" follows the author's quirky Gulf Coast arts colony as it struggles for survival during the storm itself and through three years of bizarre aftermath.
